So I get ripped off for 5% spread of the value if I don't want the product. If I don't want the product and the store refunds my purchase I get charged another 2.5% by the credit card company to sell the USD into CND. I am Canadian, my credit card is in Canadian dollars, so when I pay for the product at the store, which I might not want if they really don't work. so how is that different from simply going on line and ordering from amazon, and this on a product that had various reviews, some good, some bad, to which one really needs to try the product before purchasing. I came to look at them, and to do so I would have to pay first. wait a minute! I was told I had to pay for them before they would have them sent in from the warehouse. OK, I would have to arrange to come back, OH. The clerk indicated they could get some in from their warehouse by next morning. Well, the clerk said there is no stock in the store. Yes very large, is that really a good thing? In my case the primary thing I wanted to look at, and PERHAPS, purchase (Magnetic filter holders) which were indicated to be stock when I checked their website. However on a trip to NYC, myself and a friend made the effort to get to the store itself. I have order many smaller things from this place while wintering over in south Texas, and never had any problem. If I am wrong, B&H please answer where and how did "19 Sep 18" come. A reasonable inference from the above is that when B&H received my email for assistance on 17 Sep 18, they not only ignored me, but also fabricated the entry "19 Sep 18" to meet some internal standard. I have taken screen capture of both DHL tracking system and my a/c in B&H. More interesting, I just found from my a/c in B&H that the package was shipped on "19 Sep 18", a date not found in DHL system. So, I paid them a month ago, but received nothing so far. I emailed to B&H on 3 Oct 18 and they now delaying reshipping the package to me. During that interval, no one responded to my emails and the system only invited the sender to submit again 3 Oct 18. B&H had a long holiday in end Sep 18 until 3 Oct 18. I indeed emailed B&H on 17 Sep 18 for assistance, but they merely replied me the package "was on its way" without checking DHL. There has been no movement of the package since 8 Sep 18. On 3 Sep 18, I made an purchase order made with B&H for shipping camera accessories to Hong Kong.
